CleanTelligent is quality control and janitorial software created to simplify the lives of building service contractors and facility managers. It also helps them build and maintain relationships with their clients. Inspections, work orders, reports, and client communication are among the many solutions available in CleanTelligent.
+– What do I have to download?
CleanTelligent is “software as a service” (SaaS). Because it is cloud-based, users access it through a web browser and do not need to download a program to their computers. (However, we do provide a desktop icon for users who prefer to access CleanTelligent from their desktop.) Users with Apple and Android devices may download our free mobile app to access inspections and work orders. All updates and improvements to CleanTelligent are automatically available to every user.
+– What are the system requirements for CleanTelligent?
An Internet connection is required to log into CleanTelligent. The web app will work on Windows and Mac computers running Microsoft Internet Explorer 8+ and modern versions of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. The mobile app will work on most Apple and Android smartphones and tablets. (This includes most iPhones and iPads. Support for the first generation iPad and a few early Android tablets has been discontinued.)

+– How do refunds work?
+– Who is considered a user?
A user (or “active user,” as shown in the software) is any employee that will have login information for CleanTelligent. Some companies will only have their managers or inspectors set up with login information and they may email or text work orders to other employees, but each company is different. Your customers who use CleanTelligent Software solutions to submit requests or complaints aren’t considered users and don’t have to be paid for.
+– Do I need a new login for my cell phone or tablet?
If someone is set up with a CleanTelligent login, they can use it on multiple devices.
+– What happens once I become a CleanTelligent customer?
After we have received your signed and completed license agreement and have verified your preferred method of payment, you will be contacted by our award-winning Customer Support department. Each of our customers are assigned to a particular Software Training Consultant (STC), who will act as that customer’s account manager moving forward. Your STC becomes your point of contact for any questions regarding use and implementation of CleanTelligent. This ensures that training and implementation are always handled by someone who already knows you and your business.
+– Where is my information stored?
We take information security very seriously. All user information is backed up on several servers at different locations in the United States. These servers are all encrypted. The software itself is hosted on our own company servers, so customers don’t have to worry about updating the software or downloading anything.
