Client Surveys

Set up customized questionnaires for your clients. These questionnaires are available by service location for clients to offer feedback, they can be displayed as a part of Work Orders, or they can create Work Orders.

Configurable surveys allow for many types of questions:

• Plain text input
• Radio Button selection
• Multiple check boxes
• Drop-down lists
• Selection lists
• Numeric-only input

You can even make certain questions required and others not. Mass email client survey invitations and view the aggregated results of surveys using CleanTelligent's reporting feature.
