Duties
- Work with new and existing clients to better understand and implement our software for their business
- Conduct on-line trainings with clients across the globe
- Troubleshoot and help customers as they call in with questions
- Test new features of the software prior to public release
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills

- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to learn quickly
- The ability to multitask
Bonus Points
- Experience with Windows Mobile 6+ / iPhone / BlackBerry phones
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Java
