Duties

  • Work with new and existing clients to better understand and implement our software for their business
  • Conduct on-line trainings with clients across the globe
  • Troubleshoot and help customers as they call in with questions
  • Test new features of the software prior to public release

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Windows Mobile 6+ / iPhone / BlackBerry phones
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Java
